The Commission on Population and Development Caraga launched the Adolescent Health and Development Most Outstanding Youth Organization (AMOYO) in the second year, to recognize in-school and out-school youth organization on the continuous implementation of activities that can provide information and life skills to adolescents.

The nominees need to submit their pertinent papers. The winners per province and city to their respective provincial/city population offices shall receive a cash prize and a plaque of appreciation. The virtual awarding ceremony will be on November 27, 2020.

Director Alexander A. Makinano said that the Commission recognizes the effort of youth organizations on having exemplary efforts on the implementation of the programs of POPCOM. 

POPCOM Caraga in partnership with the Sannguniang Kabataan consistently works for the empowerment of the adolescents to make the right choices and enable them to realize their full potential and well-being.
